Master Bathroom Remodel

This project was originally completed in Portland, Oregon, where our family’s company, Paliy Renovation, built its reputation on high-quality remodels. At Pacific Builds, we’re proud to share these projects as part of our history and proof of the craftsmanship and detail we now bring to Hawaiʻi.

For this master bathroom, the biggest transformation was removing the jetted bathtub to create a larger, spa-like shower. We dropped the subfloor about 3 inches to install a curbless shower, finished with large-format tile and frameless shower glass for a clean, modern feel.

Custom walnut cabinetry was built by our partners at Moda Woodworking, helping us deliver a warm, timeless design. Additional details included a linear drain and sleek Aria vent to maintain a modern, open look.

This project is a great example of how we approach larger-scale master bathroom renovations—careful planning, thoughtful design, and expert execution. While this remodel was completed in Oregon, Pacific Builds is now bringing the same level of quality and experience to homes across West Hawaiʻi.
