Master Bathroom Remodel

This master bathroom remodel was originally completed in Tigard, Oregon, by our family company, Paliy Renovation. We share it as part of our portfolio because it reflects the same level of craftsmanship and problem-solving Pacific Builds now brings to West Hawaiʻi.

The homeowner initially contacted us after a toilet leak had led to floor damage and issues with the heated flooring. What began as a repair quickly became the perfect opportunity for a full renovation.

The finished space included white marble-like porcelain tile across the floors, shower pan, and shower walls, giving the bathroom a bright, luxurious feel. We also removed part of the wall enclosing the shower, making it feel larger and more open while keeping the same footprint. To maximize storage, we added a wall-to-wall niche along the back of the shower for a sleek, functional detail.
